A sentence is group of words which express complete sense. Ex:- 1.This is a tree. 2.This is a cow. 3.This is a mobile phone. You can see this three sentence make different sense. If we write "is cow a This" -that is not a sentence.Because that can't make sense. Every group of words we can't say sentence. Every sentence has to be a finite verb or a nominative . Nominative is in sentence what we talk about for which that call nominative. Ex:- 1.Ram is a student. In this case 'Ram' nominative or 'is' finite verb. If we write "Rohit is" In this case 'Rohit' nominative or 'is' finite verb.After that that is not a sentence. Use:-She has refused to help me,i will also not help her,tot for tot.(সে আমাকে সাহায্য করেনি আমিও ওকে সাহায্য করবো না,যেমনিকো তেমনি।)
2)It takes two to make a quarrel - এক হাতে তালি বাজেনা (ঝগড়া হয়না)
Use:-
I think,she should apologise for arguing with me.(আমার মনে হয়,আমার সাথে ঝগড়া করার জন্য তার ক্ষমা চাওয়া উচিত।)
It takes two to make a quarrel dear,maybe you need to apologise to her.(এক হাতে তালি বাজেনা বন্ধু,হয়তো তোমার তার কাছে ক্ষমা চাওয়া উচিত।)
3)All that glitters is not gold - সব চমকানো জিনিস সোনা হয়না
Use:-
I want to grow old and become a film star.(আমি বড়ো হয়ে ফিল্ম স্টার হতে চাই। )
Just remember,all that glitters is not gold.(শুধু মনেরেখো,সব চমকানো জিনিস সোনা হয়না।)

Use:-
I want to become actor.(আমি অভিনেতা হতে চাই। )
Oh!It's just a nine days wonder.(ও!এসব শুধুমাত্র নয় দিনের জাকজমক।)
5)Crying in the wilderness - গরুকে বোঝানো
Use:-To explain him is like crying in the wilderness.(তাকে বিশ্লেষণ করা গরূকে বোঝানোর সমান।)
6)The grass is always greener on the other side - দূরের জিনিস সবসময় ভালো মনে হয়।
7)More to it,than meets the eye - কোনো গন্ডগোল আছে
Use:-I don't trust him,he's more to it,than meets the eye.(আমি তার ওপর বিশ্বাস করতে পারছিনা,কোনো গন্ডগোল আছে।)
8)A wolf in sheeps clothing - শেয়ালের সাজে ছাগল
Use:-Don't trust her,she's a wolf in sheeps/lambs clothing.(তার ওপর বিশ্বাস করোনা,সে শেয়ালের সাজে ছাগল।)
9)A friend in need is a friend in deed - বন্ধু সেই যে দরকারে কাজে আসে
10)When in Rome,do as Romans do - যেমন দেশ তেমন ভেস
Use:-It's okay,when in Rome,do as Romans do.(এটা ঠিক,যেমন দেশ তেমন ভেস্)
