In our modern life laziness is common problem for everyone.If you face this problem don't worry about it.You can overcome from this problem in four step.
1.Sleep
Do concentrate on sleep.If our body have a lack of sleep our body automatically feel lazy.Scientifically prove that every human body need atleast 6 to 7 hour sleep.So, try to maintain it.
2.Diet
In your modern life most of time we eat package food or factory processing food which food not good for our health.And human immunity power at a time can do only one work that is digesting otherwise cleaning.If we eat all the time then our immunity power all the time work one digest he can't get a time to clean our body.For that follow a diet plan.
- Do fasting 16 hour and eat 8 hour in a day(24 hour).
- Eat a rice at a time of a day.You can eat rice in your lunch.
- Add wheat made food on died plan.You can eat chapati with vege carry in a dinner.
- Must important is take a fruit in a breakfast.
After dinner 6pm to next day 10am don't it anything without water.You can drink vegetable juice in morning before breakfast.You can change fasting or eating hour and you can switch your lunch and dinner.
3.Exercise
Do exercise every morning at least for one hour.When we do exercise your blood circulate very fast in your body and it clean your body very fast.
4.Sunbathing
Sunbathing a process to heat your body skin.For sunbathing begin to melt a junk which junk stay in hair follicles.
So all of this four step at least try it for 2 days then you saw a result.
